ACADEMIC PROJECTS
· Studied the failures, challenges and barriers affecting the international construction. After a lot of literature
review a few mitigation strategies were suggested to avoid the conflict management in the international
construction.
· Detailed cost estimation of state highway improvement project has been performed using all the plans and
drawings, software’s and RS Means Handbooks.
· Construction Planning and Scheduling of the state highway improvement project has been performed using the
Primavera P6 software.
· Risk based estimation of the project has been carried out using the RBES Spreadsheet tool and also analyzed the
probability of occurrences of those risk factors.
· Improved the part of the construction work by using the MPDM (Method Productivity Delay Model) technique
and also performed the sensitivity analysis using the WEB CYCLONE Panel.
· Designed a 3-Storied commercial building based upon the given dimensions and the specifications using the
STAAD Pro v8i software as well as the hand calculations. The main sections in this design are beams, columns,
shear walls, slabs and corbels.
· Studied and compared two different Sub-Contract documents between the contractors and the Sub-Contractors.
